Absolutely the best Eva was absolutely fantastic. She was there whenever I needed her, and was able to work with me through my less than convenient work schedule. Seeing how this was my first time buying a home, Eva walked me through every step and I am certain I would not have been able to find the house I did without her. She went out of her way at every turn to make sure I was properly informed and comfortable with all the details. Although I have no intention of moving any time soon, if I did I would certainly be using Eva again.

Above and Beyond Expectation Eva Parys is both an extremely competent realtor and a remarkable person. She was the one helping me to purchase my first home. 14 year later I asked her again to help me to sell and purchase a new home. She went above and beyond what was expected of her by consummately managing to sell my condominium within a week of placing it on the market - no doubt because of her knack for staging homes. In addition, Eva found me a beautiful townhome for purchase that was within my price range. It was exactly what I had described to her. She thoroughly explained the pros and cons of purchasing a townhome versus a condominium, along with the steps necessary for buying and selling. She even offered new-home advice on things like important maintenance items, hiring licensed contractors for any repairs and, most importantly, great restaurants in the area. Whenever there was a new document to be signed, she would send it to me immediately for review and signature. Eva did practically everything for me. My favorite moments, however, were when we would go out for coffee and discuss our next move.
